Chantal Poirier
Executive Assistant
With more than 30 years of experience in administration, Chantal plays a key role in the organizational structure of SOS Démolition. Versatile and rigorous, she oversees all of the company's administrative functions, ensuring operational coordination, priority management, internal communications monitoring, and strategic support for senior leadership.
Chantal is at the heart of the company's administrative efficiency: she streamlines processes, maintains the quality of information flowing between teams, and actively contributes to the implementation of new internal procedures. Through her proactive outlook and strong autonomy, she keeps the team organized, responsive, and focused on excellence.
Tania Latulippe
Accounting Technician
Rigorous and versatile, Tania Latulippe manages the accounting and financial operations of SOS Démolition with great precision. With more than 15 years of experience in the field, she ensures compliance, the accuracy of financial reports, and the optimization of the company's costs.
Her role goes well beyond basic accounting: Tania implements automation processes, proposes cost-saving strategies, and actively contributes to the financial solidity of the organization. Through her reliability and analytical mindset, she ensures rigorous financial oversight and supports strategic decision-making.
Julie Barbier
Lead Estimator and Project Coordinator
Known for her rigour, versatility, and strategic vision, Julie holds the position of Lead Estimator and Project Coordinator at SOS Démolition. With more than 20 years of experience in administration, she plays a central role in analyzing requests for proposals, preparing bids, managing project documentation, and maintaining rigorous client relationship tracking.
Julie stands out for her attention to detail, her ability to anticipate actual project costs, and her client-focused approach, which allow her to deliver precise estimates while maintaining relationships of trust with partners. She provides consistent support throughout the full project cycle, from the initial site visit through to invoicing, including budget revisions and client meetings.
Her direct contribution to reducing budget variances, increasing bid conversion rates, and building client loyalty makes her a cornerstone of the company's strategic development.
Éric Meunier
General Superintendent
Responsible for the day-to-day management of job sites, Éric plays a central role in the smooth running of SOS Démolition's projects. Through his on-the-ground leadership and technical expertise, he ensures strict adherence to schedules, team safety, and operational efficiency.
Éric stands out for his ability to mobilize teams, anticipate unforeseen circumstances, and optimize the use of resources. He coordinates work with rigour, while maintaining execution quality and compliance with safety standards. His proactive and structured approach minimizes delays, reduces downtime, and ensures the smooth execution of projects, even under the most demanding conditions.
He serves as an essential link between management, foremen, subcontractors, and clients.
